Cancelation policy

48 Hours before appointment time: 50% Charge

24 Hours or less before appointment time: 100% Service Charge

No Show: 120% Service Charge

Invoices MUST be paid within 24 hours.

Haircuts require a 50% non-refundable deposit to re-book after cancelling.

Chemical Services require a 50% non-refundable deposit to re-book after cancelling.

Extension Fees are the same as above. Extension guest will be charged based on the amount of time allotted for their appointment and hourly rate for service. To Re-Book after cancelling or no-showing will require a 100% non-refundable service fee for half of the appointment time.

ALL NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS WILL BE APPLIED TO THE NEXT APPOINTMENT.
